So here we are again, I have a ukulele that I am lucky enough to give to one lucky person.
What I have here is a aNuNue Papa II concert ukulele, with gig bag, and an Orca stand.
I reviewed the ukulele a while back (LINK) and it took a bit for them to decide what I could do with it.
How to Enter: Subscribe to ukeeku.com, Just put your e-mail address in to the upper right under E-mail Subscription.thats it. Just still be subscribed to the site February 26, 2011 and you are entered. I will be doing more contest like this so being subscribed is a good thing, plus you get to know when I post something. I promise to never give out your address or send anything beside Ukeeku.com updates.
Bonus Entry: If you entered to win the Eleuke last year and did not win, you are already entered to win this one as I said you would be. If you are subscribed to the site or subscribe to the site that is another entry.
If you Win: If you win I will e-mail you and you shoot me an address. I will send it anywhere in the world. Also I will want a picture of you playing it to put on the site.

Winner of the Secret Luna Uke Giveaway

Frist off Joyce of Winstead, CT won her choice of one of the Lunas I recently reviewed. She won the uke by being the 500th comment on Ukeeku.com. I did not make this contest known because I figured it would be a fun thing to surprise someone with a uke that they did not even know they entered to win.

Joyce chose the Honu, and I would have to agree that it was the better of the two out of this batch. I expect a video sometime soon of her playing a new song on it.

The other Luna, the Tattoo, went to my good friend Alex (Better known as Bornagainjeepers on the UkuleleUnderground.com) He will be doing some kind of other giveaway. All I know it will have a video of him giving it away to someone on the street. I will post as soon as I get that video.

I must thank all 354 of you that entered, many people commented many times, and that was the real point of this. I really wanted to just get people to my site and get people involved in spreading the ukulele love. I will have more in the future.
I will be at the Ukulele World Congress and Milwaukee Uke fest (and Windy City if it happens) this summer giving others away. Also I will have some on the site.
OH, and if you are ever in need of a pick-me-up, hold a contest to give away a ukulele. People are extra nice and say some of the craziest stuff! Way better than Prozac.

The one being given away
I am going to giveaway the Eleuke that I just reviewed to one lucky reader.
Why?
Honestly I don’t feel right keeping the instruments companies let me keep after I review them. Not all of them will be given away on the site. I will also have some at the festivals that I attend, so watch in later posts for where I will be this summer.
How?
It is very simple to enter, just comment on any post between now and April 30, 2010. Make sure to enter your e-mail address, which is how I will contact the winner. I will not send any other things, you are not signing up for spam I promise.
As much as I would love for you to all subscribe to my blog, and well you are here you could, I don’t want to bother people with more e-mail that they will ignore.
Rules:
1. One entry per person, you can comment as many times as you like, but you will only be entered once. Please just be cool and not fudge this with multiple e-mail addresses.
2. If you are related to me you cannot enter. Sorry, I will find you all great ukes if you want one.
3. If you live in the continental U.S. I will send it to you for free, otherwise you will have to pay for shipping.
4. Any inappropriate or spam posts will be deleted and entry nullified.
5. If the ukulele is not claimed in 30 days I will find someone else who wants it.
