Thanks! Subscribed. Awesome ukulele, it would be a great replacement for my uke that got butchered when I brought it in to to have geared tuners installed. NO good music shops in Taiwan lol NONE.
Thanks Ukeeku for the generous giveaway contest!
I am new to all of this and I would like to subscribe if it is not to late. I am a beginner and finding that the ukulele has enriched my soul and interested since I viewed the 2011 NAMM on the internet. Well Good Luck to everyone, and keep the love alive.

Wow – what a great giveaway…I’d love to win it, because we don’t have a big choice of ukuleles here in Germany (only a few brands are sold here) and this one is SO amazing – I’d love it, but the luckiest will win and so I wish good luck to everybody who enters…and again: thanks for such a great giveaway !!!
Who’s the winner?
Thanks Tim, This contest was very nice and it is a cool way you attract people to a common love for a Ukulele. aloha michael ambrosio
My first aNueNue was a Lani concert neck soprano with passive pickup. It is a jewel that I will never give up. A friend remarked that it sings like a harp (that resonated with me, since I am a harp player).
I then got a Gerald Ross cutaway tenor. Another jewel.
Then I saw a Lani concert on EBay, and got it for a steal because the seller failed to set a reserve.
The fit, finish, projection and intonation on all three are excellent.
I have become a fan of modern laminate ukes. They sound as good as my solid wood ukes, and I don’t need to be as concerned about humidity issues. However, I am obsessive about humidification.
Sorry Tim drew one that is not as good as I have experienced.
I forgot to mention that I also have an aNueNue U900 Rabbit soprano. I got it on the pretext of buying it for my non uke playing wife. It is a novelty uke. Quality is so-so but it’s good for a laugh. Intonation is just O.K., but it is a playable soprano. The chords sound right, going up the neck.
